Our fully managed service from £60 per month plus VAT includes
One named designated property manager at all times rent collect, Detailed inventory at the start of a tenancy Accompanied check in on the day your tenant moves in ensuring a smooth handover 6 monthly mid term inspection and report, Organising quotes for repairs and maintenance as agreed Check out report and deposit management, Organising compliance GSR, EICR, EPC when required Right to rent checks and AML checks where required Start and end of tenancy meter reads and managing utility account opening and closing at start and end of tenancies, Rent review negotiation and issuing of Section 13 notices Dealing with day to day tenancy issues and managing communication between landlords and tenants Organising end of tenancy cleaning and maintenance to limit void periods Organising compliance Arrears management RPI set up and management of claims Section 8, 21 and 48 notices when required Statements of tenancy terms issued to tenants
Our hybrid managed service from £99 plus VAT per year
Perfect for landlords who wish to manage their own properties and tenancies but want to benefit from the services of a professional property manager on an ad hoc basis and advice on the best way to navigate issues when they come up. Additional services requested from us during the tenancy are subject to individual charges. Price list available on request.
