I'm Melanie, a Worcestershire based independent property management consultant with background in private residential lettings, social housing and landlord and tenant advocacy work. Historically I have also been a tenant and a landlord myself. In 2025, after years of listening to landlord and tenant feedback I made the decision to combine my experience and create an independent property management service with a focus on client care, support and high levels of customer service.
My company offers landlords a choice between a fully managed or a hybrid service so they can retain as much control over their tenancies and properties as they would like to. 
For tenants that I can offer impartial tenancy related advice, advocacy services and tenancy management if required.
